7. SaaS Data Processing and Ownership

ContVisor processes operational data related to empty container depot and yard management solely to provide and maintain the Service.

Customers retain full ownership of their operational data.
ContVisor does not use customer data for analytics, resale, or any purpose beyond service delivery.

8. Service Availability and Maintenance
